What is Mutation Luck?
Mutation Luck is worded as +15% mutation chance. The inspected frame priced the row at 40 gems. A second guide says 25 gems. The cause of the gap was not established. It may be a later level or a different card. No mutation name list or stacking rule was published. Rainbow trees from the Rainbowmaker are a separate Robux effect.
